- Featuring Green Goblin, King pin, and Dr. Octopus - Stan Lee - I purchased this for my son who is totally driven by his love for this super hero. I thought the cost for the DVD was very fair. In fact since it contains the original Spiderman cartoon showing how "it" all started, I was expecting to pay much more for it. The newer cartoon that is on the DVD is "The Ultimate Villain Showdown". This cartoon features the Green Goblin, Kingpin, and Dr. Octopus. Spidey fends off these villains in this and is very entertaining. The original episode is from 1967: "The Origins of Spiderman" starts off with Peter Parker in high school and shows how he became Spiderman. There is an introduction by the original creator Stan Lee, and also features the original theme song! There are a lot of special features on this DVD considering it is a cartoon. One of the features is titled Stan Lee's Soapbox, which is simply Stan Lee speaking on this wonderful creative masterpiece of hisThe feature that my son(4) finds the most interesting is titled "Rouges' Dossiers". This is an interactive feature where you look and find the outline of the villain and when you select one you are given all the information about that character. You can view different scene selections that show either the first time the character appeared, or how they became that villain, and much more. There is even a chance to hear Stan Lee's thoughts on each of the villains. The menus are very entertaining and fun. It is almost set up like a video game. Yet another feature is that there is a Spanish language track for those who speak this language as their native tongue. . - Language : English - Subtitle : English
